Reserve a gift without creating an account

Yes. Guests can open a shared Twish wishlist and reserve an available gift using their email without creating a full account.

Asking a grandparent or a busy friend to sign up for yet another app is a real barrier to actually getting a gift reserved. Twish keeps the guest side of the experience to viewing a link and, optionally, typing an email.

The guest experience

  1. 1Open the wishlist link shared by the owner — no login screen first.
  2. 2Browse every wish, open product details, and follow the retailer link.
  3. 3Choose "Reserve gift" on anything still available.
  4. 4Enter an email (and optionally a name) to confirm the reservation — done.

A grandparent, in one tap

A grandparent receives the wishlist link by text, taps it, finds a jumper, and reserves it by typing their email — no app download, no password to remember.

Frequently asked questions

Will guests receive spam after reserving a gift?
No. The email is used only to confirm and manage that reservation, not for marketing.
Can a guest cancel a reservation later without an account?
Yes, as long as they're on the same device and browser they reserved from, or they can sign in with that email to manage it from "My reservations."
Does the wishlist owner see who reserved what?
No. Reservation information stays hidden from the wishlist owner so the gift remains a surprise.
